 cHILLI & GARLIC HONEY

There's a lot of freedom here. I've tried variations with fresh Thai chilli, dried Chinese chilli, rosemary, extra lemon. Experiment with a few combinations and see what you like. 

Ingredients:

  • Honey

  • Chilli, any kind, dried or fresh

  • Garlic

  • Lemon juice

Method:​

  1. Slice the chilli and garlic thinly and add to a pot with the honey.

  2. Heat until you see small bubbles. 

  3. Squeeze in some lemon. Taste carefully, it will be dangerously hot. Add whatever you feel is lacking. When 

  4. Let cool and decant in to airtight container.
