cHILLI & GARLIC HONEY
There's a lot of freedom here. I've tried variations with fresh Thai chilli, dried Chinese chilli, rosemary, extra lemon. Experiment with a few combinations and see what you like.
Ingredients:

Honey

Chilli, any kind, dried or fresh

Garlic

Lemon juice
Method:​

Slice the chilli and garlic thinly and add to a pot with the honey.

Heat until you see small bubbles.

Squeeze in some lemon. Taste carefully, it will be dangerously hot. Add whatever you feel is lacking. When
